Since 2007, we have awarded over  $5.2 million in grants to around 300 local community groups. We’re a safe pair of hands for community funds, and a broker of local knowledge and relationships.

The donations we receive from members of the community are used for grantmaking across a broad range of initiatives , with a special focus on building pathways to employment, promoting economic participation, and social justice. We’re particularly interested in supporting local people of all levels of wealth to kick-start their own giving journey. 

The organisations we fund receive other support as well as money. Depending on their needs, the Foundation offers referrals to other funding bodies, promotion to our community, and connection to other resources as suitable.
