Consider a gift in your Will

Making a gift in your Will is a unique way of supporting the inner north community, without impacting on your present income and assets.

Since 2007, the Inner North Community Foundation has offered opportunities for people to contribute to prosperous, connected and cohesive communities in the inner northern region of Melbourne. Our key focus is on economic participation. The Inner North Foundation has assisted hundreds of local people to increase their job-readiness, work and life skills, self-esteem, confidence, and industry and support networks, but greater access to employment is still a challenge for many people in our municipalities of Darebin, Moreland and Yarra.

We also respond to emerging challenges and opportunities, and we strengthen the quality of life in Melbourne’s inner north by promoting responsible philanthropy and connecting donors to organisations that address community issues surrounding homelessness, indigenous leadership, mental health, culturally and linguistically diverse groups, refugees and asylum seekers, youth and the arts.

When you and your family are preparing your estate planning, you want to provide for those people and causes nearest and dearest to you. Once you have provided for your loved ones, please consider giving a gift to the Inner North Community Foundation.

Our promise to you:

  • You don’t have to tell us you’ve left a gift, we respect your privacy (although we would like the opportunity to thank you!)
  • If you remember the Inner North Community Foundation in your Will, we will use your gift carefully and efficiently, so it has maximum impact for those living in the inner north.
  • We’ll answer any questions you have and we will keep you up-to-date with our work, if you want us to!
