For generations, the promise was simple: work hard, contribute to your community and live a secure life in return. But, today, the social contract is broken and the future feels uncertain. 

As younger generations, we face a choice. Do we hope to be one of the winners in a broken system, or can we retore the idea of the ‘fair go’ and create a new social contract for a changing world? A contract that rewards effort and promotes aspiration, while grappling with the climate crisis, AI disruption, how we care for our loved ones, and rebuilds trust in government.
